About the Richmond DPAC
The BC provincial School Act gives parents the right, through Parents' Advisory Councils (PACs) and District Parents' Advisory Councils (DPACs), to provide feedback in their school and district. The Richmond District Parents' Association (RDPA) is the District Parents' Advisory Council for the Richmond School District (SD38).
The Richmond District Parents' Association (RDPA) is also one of the groups recognized as a partner group under Richmond School District (SD38) policy and thus are able to ask questions at most public committees of the Board of Trustees.
We work with the Richmond Board of Trustees and the School District to share parental perspectives and contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for our children.
